Brook Farm Veterinary Center has been in practice since 1982 and has been witness to a wide spectrum of changes in the field and the medicine itself, in technology, in the economy. Through these changes, our practice has remained stable and has continued to prosper. Rarely can other offices boast that their office has remained in business, in steady growth, for over 30 years. Our practice's successful administration is the result of the combined experience, extensive expertise, and dedicated scholarship of our team.

We're affordable.

Our practice goes to great lengths to ensure that our prices are accessible and consistent. The cost of veterinary care can deter owners from providing the necessary care for their loved ones: therefore, we analyze market trends and assess the current economic climate when establishing our pricing structure. We provide courtesy discounts whenever possible, reducing the cost of our services to their essential cost when possible. We also are proud to offer significant savings to those in the military, police officers, and firefighters.

We answer the phone.

Every day, all day. We guarantee that we are always available by phone, regardless of hour. Most times, we're also available via email or chat. We're committed to being available when you need us, no matter what that entails.

We acquire amazing talent.

We love working with passionate people who get things done. Our interview process requires that applicants enjoy working with others, are self-motivated, and can take direction well. Our staff are energetic, outgoing individuals who take every aspect of their positions seriously. The acquisition of new staff begins with several interviews, followed by a criminal background check, drug screening, reference verification, and competency evaluation. Simply put, we acquire and work hard to retain the most talented individuals in the field.

It's true. Some call us obsessive, but we just consider ourselves exceptionally particular. We use the latest in technology to train and evaluate ourselves, including the use of comprehensive, intensive ongoing training, call recording and monitoring, wait-time statistics, and general response times. As a detail-oriented practice, we employ an entire department dedicated to ensuring our clients needs are addressed and their pets properly cared for.

Brook Farm Veterinary Center is one of the few veterinary practices that continues to adapt, advance and grow in the field with a family at it's helm. Administered by the son of the practice's founder, Brook Farm is committed to providing extraordinary care backed with a local flavor.

We're flexible.

You won't find business hours on our website. You won't call and asked to leave a message after a certain time. Brook Farm believes that, in order to be truly accommodating, we must offer flexibility and adaptability in scheduling, general hours of operation, and in all aspects of the customer service that we provide. That's why we answer calls 24/7 and are always willing to open early, stay late, or work through lunch to accomodate a client's request.
