    Probably the most important and useful update our reconstruction brings, our new mobile platform allows clients to:

    • View your pet’s medical history right on their mobile device (great for groomers, dog parks, emergencies, etc.!)
    • Check-in to your appointment via a simple form (no more waiting in line to tell the front desk you’ve arrived…just click on the appropriate link within our mobile site and you’ll be checked in automatically!)
    • Fill out boarding and drop-off forms on your phone! Forgot to do it online? Don’t have the time to wait in line at the front desk? Click the appropriate link and fill out the information with your phone – just stop at the front desk to pay, drop off your pooch, and you’re set to go! Consider it the express lane!
  • Learn.

    By visiting our knowledge base (click on the “knowledge” link within the portal), you can brief yourself on thousands of articles that you requested! Allergies, puppy training, and more – all at the tip of your fingers.

    With the click of a button within the Client Portal, you can schedule boarding reservations and appointments with our staff.

  • Complete paperwork in advance.

    By visiting the “fill out” section of the Client Portal, you can complete all paperwork prior to your visit, reservation or appointment. Those who board with us can complete the form in advance through this system, at which point the form will be automatically sent to the front desk prior to your visit. New clients can complete their paperwork online, those dropping off their pets for surgery can complete their drop-off forms, and so on and so forth.

    Our practice’s new eHealth service allows you to view your pet’s complete medical history on your computer. Similar to our previous  Pet Portal platform, our eHealth system offers you 24/7 online access to your pet’s medical information. This service allows you to view or print the necessary information needed in an emergency, when traveling, boarding or taking classes.

     To begin using the service simply visit the Client Portal, click “eHealth”, enter your Email address where you received this message, and click the ‘first-time login?’ link located in the Login section. Next, you will be emailed an activation link and guided through the registration process. You will be asked to create a private password and select a secret question and answer you wish to use. Finally, an email will be sent to you confirming that your account is active and you can begin accessing the great features of your portal. All users must register - those who were previously registered for a pet portal must reregister.
