Everything we do has an impact on the planet. We monitor our environmental impact and act accordingly. This includes waste reduction, recycling, energy efficient lighting, and rainwater harvesting.
We also support community-led efforts to go fossil-fuel-free and protect nature. We will also use any power and influence we have to meet climate change with systems change.
We believe pets help to build strong and vibrant connections. Whether it's your first pet or your fifteenth, Brook Farm is there to care, teach and provide resources to nurture inclusive community-building connections and relationships.
We fund and support organizations that are working toward our shared goals. This includes donating a percentage of our profits, supporting our team members with paid time off to volunteer, and annual Days of Service. We have also pledged to support organizations working to address racial inequity and change the systems which continue to fail Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.
