These points can add up quickly, especially if you have numerous pets in your family! There is no cost to enroll, and you're able to redeem rewards for any of your pets.
You can enroll in our Loyalty program by following these steps:
- Download the PetDesk app to your smartphone
- Scroll down to "Wellness Rewards"
- Press "Enroll"
- You will automatically earn 25 healthy points just for signing up!

How to Redeem your Loyalty Points in PetDesk
- Go into PetDesk and search for your account
- Click on the "open rewards" button
- Select the reward you would like to redeem from the dropdown menu
- Press the green "Redeem" button
Important things to note about our loyalty program here at Brook Farm Veterinary Center:
- Points expire after 16 months.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
At Brook Farm Veterinary Center we also offer a paid membership known as our Wellness Membership.
Wellness Membership:
For $95.00 per year, our clients will be able to customize their pets wellness plan using points.

Wellness memberships may only be paid for using Visa/Mastercard/Discover/Amex.
Upon purchasing the wellness membership, 2500 points will be uploaded to your loyalty balance. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for these points to be reflected in your account. Points can be redeemed for services of your choosing.
You will now be permitted to use the wellness program benefits shown above in the photo and can mix and match your points however you’d like.
The wellness program will automatically renew every year, so if you’re looking to cancel, please just give us a call at (845) 878-4833.
