The next time you are in need of a medication or food refill, need to pick up preventative medications, or simply need a fresh new toy for your pet, please go directly to our Client Services desk, located to the right of our main entrance. Once you arrive, you will be notice a warm, welcoming, and spacious environment recently designed with your experience in mind.
Simply sign in using the iPad, and a member of our team will be with you shortly. This allows us to utilize our team in the most efficient way possible, and communicate your arrival to the individuals who are best suited to handle your request.
As always, the best way to ensure a pleasant experience is by requesting any medication or food orders in advance, with at least 48 hours notice. Due to increased call volume, please use the PetDesk app to request your next refill.
