• Sign up for $95/ year (billed automatically) and you'll receive 2500 points to customize your pets wellness plan to their individual needs. You will now be permitted to mix and match your points however you’d like.

Wellness memberships may only be paid for using Visa/Mastercard/Discover/Amex. The wellness program will automatically renew each and every year, charging the annual amount to the card on file, similar to an Amazon Prime membership.
