Cat neutering is a surgical procedure that prevents male cats from reproducing by removing the reproductive tract. The package we offer at Brook Farm Veterinary Center includes everything needed for this surgery, including things like anesthesia, equipment, and recovery medication.
It is important to have kittens neutered as young as possible to prevent the risk of cancer. If you are adopting an older cat, we also offer cat neutering. The benefits of neutering include the reduced risk of feline diseases, mainly due to your male cat having less desire to fight and roam. It can also eliminate spraying and marking inside of your home.

Understanding additional fees
The materials, equipment, and team members utilized when providing high-quality veterinary care can add complexity to the estimating process. For example, when biological waste is produced - such as when a needle is used during treatment - a small fee is assessed to help us properly and safely dispose of it. We'll always be sure to include these fees on any treatment plans that we provide.
Quality care is an investment in your pet's health
Veterinary care is medical care. We devote time, energy, and resources to ensure that your pet receives the best care possible.
